Booking and Appointments

  • Cancellations: We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive later to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment apps (e.g. Venmo, Zelle).

  • Gift cards or promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards must be used by their expiration date, if applicable.
